S23ultra Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the s23ultra platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
These terms apply to all users of the s23ultra platform in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using the s23ultra platform via our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the s23ultra platform.
To register for and use the s23ultra platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Malaysian citizens or residents with valid internet access.
- Not be prohibited by any applicable law or local regulation from using online gambling services.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Register one personal account only — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
S23ultra reserves the right to request identity verification documents from users at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility terms.
2. Account Creation and Security
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account details current whenever changes occur. s23ultra is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances without compensation.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s23ultra account password and login credentials. You must not share your login details with any other party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please notify the s23ultra support team immediately at [email protected]. s23ultra will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your password by yourself.

- An active Malaysian phone number
- A valid and active email address
- Valid date of birth (18 years of age or above)
- One account per individual only
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the s23ultra platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with s23ultra's technical infrastructure.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions or offers in ways that breach the stipulated conditions — including creating fake accounts, misusing referral accounts or engaging in arbitrage betting that conflicts with platform policy.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent purpose, money laundering, or activities that violate Malaysian law.
- Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another party.
S23ultra reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including temporary account suspension or permanent closure. s23ultra's decision in such matters is final.
All users also agree that the platform is to be used for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the system will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the s23ultra platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods listed on the platform.
Deposit
Minimum deposits and daily deposit limits are subject to the selected payment method and may vary. All deposits must be made from an account or payment instrument registered in the same user's name. s23ultra reserves the right to decline deposits that do not meet these requirements.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to identity verification and compliance with these terms. Withdrawals will only be credited to an account held in the registered user's name. Any rollover requirements associated with bonuses must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
Tax and Financial Obligations
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings or activity on the s23ultra platform. The platform does not make tax deductions nor provide tax advice to users.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Suspension
S23ultra Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, s23ultra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or internet outages.
S23ultra does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors or secure against all cyber threats. We strive to minimise disruptions but cannot provide absolute guarantees.
Account Suspension and Closure
S23ultra reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:
- Breach of any term set out in this document.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or abuse.
- Providing false information during registration.
- User's own request to close their account.
- Compliance with directives issued by relevant regulatory authorities.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software code, and other materials on the s23ultra platform are the property of s23ultra or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without express written consent from s23ultra.
Third-Party Links
The s23ultra platform may contain links or references to third-party services or websites. These links are provided for user convenience only. s23ultra has no control over the content or privacy practices of such third parties and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party services.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
S23ultra reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect upon publication of the updated version on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through mediation or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
